hallow's eve

the eve of the hallowed day (all saints day) is better known as halloween. and mine went pretty well. so well in fact that i just hadta blog about it.

as you may or may not know, i was Elwood Blues from da blues brothers today at skool. i bought a real fedora off of amazon and i found a skinny black tie in my dads closet. after that i just hadta wear my suit and white socks and i was ready. plus the beat up suitcase i found in our guest bedroom worked perfectly hehe.

so i got to skool super early for our topinka tuesday mock election rally and it got cancelled..... so i basically grabbed all of my bumperstickers and passed them out to random people in the cafeteria. bleh, they couldnt fit in my briefcase.

so yeah walking in the halls was awesome. i constantly heard people whispering "its the blues brothers" "hes a blues brother" haha it was so friggin awesome. i felt like a somebody instead of the nobody that i am.

my classes were pretty cool and if you're interested, ask me about what happened in mister criders ad us class today cuz i can assure you its a funny story if you know who he is.

gym was a bit of a hassle. i hadta get out of my suit and inta gym clothes in 6 mins. yeah. not fun. but hey i made it and my zipper was fine this time...... just kidding haha. but yeah gym is awesome. i love soccer. i suck at it. but hey, i scored a goal today!!!! *victory dance victory dance victory dance* usually im just good for blocking people and stealing the ball and crap cuz i have like no accuracy lol. but thats for a different blog.

so yeah halloween was a lot of fun. ive got a crapload of candy here and i'll eat it over the course of this month. i dont wanna get really fat :P i think my body fat % was like 11% last i checked. probably be 14% once this season is over haha.

so yeah halloween rocked so much.

oh, you wanted the truth? dang, i thought i had ya fooled for a few seconds..... actually the new record for me is a mile time of 7:12. not bad considering i sit on my ass all day and my only sport for the past few years has been golf.

why did i start out with my mile time from yesterday? good question. thats just the kinda mood im in rite now.

just got back from work and now im just relaxing. in poly sci today mista b told us all that he was a republican. well, not directly, but one who favors states rights is a MAJOR repub. i say good for him.

chris L. is right. all of crider's ad us students should wear a shirt that says CRIDER '08 on it haha. i think his running mate for prez should be gales cuz gales was da best. i can see it now Crider/Gales '08. that'd be so awesome. im picturing his expression rite now.

meh this amused me for a few mins. maybe i'll do a serious blog sometime soon.

some frustrations

one word. sonuvabitch. dude, you're being EXECUTED. i dont give a damn that its gonna "hurt" you. all of your pain will be over within 15 minutes of that little shot. gosh. a needle prick hurting. maybe you deserve it? killing 5 people? starting some kind of cult in the name of Jesus? im a firm supporter of the death penalty, and it sickets me that a federal judge would allow this lawsuit to happen.

do any of you know how much it costs to keep a prisoner in prison? estimates vary, but its usually $40000-50000 for a medium security prison. yes. it is cheaper to send an inmate to HARVARD than it is to keep them in a cell. thats disgusting. i dotn want my tax dollars going to feeding this man while he runs sum bullshit lawsuit about pain during execution.

cruel and unusual punishment my ass.

so you can probably tell from the tone of this blog that im frustrated with quite a few things in life. yeah i am lol. its mostly family stuff that i dont want to get into on this blog. i just wanted to get it out there. grrrrrrrr.

and of course this amount of homework is just ungodly. honestly, the number of hours on average needed for homework has increased in the past 40 years (no i dont have stats, sry) and thats still considering that WE HAVE FRIGGIN COMPUTERS!!!! honestly, it pisses me off so much.

and the adults that i talk to dont get it. i put up with crap all the time. "you dont work much during the week. *condescending tone* you just have that much hw dont you?"

they dont get it. the 1930S ARE OVER PEOPLE!!!! (along with the 40s-90s) this is a whole new education system and i dare anyone below the top 5% intelligence levels in the US over the age of 30 to try high school again. c'mon. i dare ya. try it.

i guess its easier to judge than it is to do.

this is exactly what i would do if i were homeless. honestly, i'd commit some crime then ask for some jail time. hell, ya get free food, water, and lodging. if you have no where to go, why not go there at the tax payers expense? after all, society wants that right? they oppose the death penalty so they prefer to keep rapists and murders behind bars instead of in the ground rite rite? that guys so awesome. i wish i could shake his hand or sumthin.

heres an article i just read a while ago. definitely written by a hippie liberal guy, but he makes some solid points. we are consuming more land, but ive read many articles claiming that the US population growth is starting to level off.

yet ive also read that birth rates are going up in middle class white families. meh, go figure. i guess thats why i support tougher sanctions on illegal immigration as well as tighter immigration caps. the only reason our pop is increasing so much is cuz of more than 2 million LEGAL immigrants coming to our country each year. i know. that is fuckin insane.

every other developed country is losing population, and i think that we should go with that. lower immigration quotas and maybe keep a tab on our population.

thats exactly why the US president is exempt from any crimes. hes above the law. i bet ya'll didnt know that. a us president CANNOT go to jail while still in his office. he must be impeached first and brought down to the level of the common man to be tried and convicted. (naturally that process can take anywhere between 3 months and 2 years so yeah lol)

while yes this man has little political power, its still a devastating blow to israel's morale. tsk tsk.
