proficiency test

yesterday's blogpost - yea today i had four, count em, four tests today. yea it sucked so much. but they were pretty easy so thats not too bad. plus, becuz of that i had like no hw today :)
i took the home ec proficiency test so maybe i can test out of home ec. kevin, natalie, and sarah was there so that was awesome. the test itself wasnt too bad. yea, it was hard, but i dont think i did too bad on it. hopefully i passed :)
health test was easy. chem test was beyond simple. trig test was harder than expected and spanish test was harder than expected. still not bad for the most part.
im tired and i think im goin to bed. ttyl

just my luck

i went to get my hc suit today. woot! i really dont like salespeople. they are way too pushy to get their commission and they dont even care what you think. anywayz, it was just my luck that i got the gay salesman. yea. gay salesman. he scared me so much. but anyway, all gay people scare me.... no offense, but...u do....
this morning i hadta update my old comp that now my dad uses. it is so friggin hard to get upgrades to a windows 98 os. i couldnt get him wndows media player 10 like he wanted so he hadta settle for 7.1 *shudders* he in the meantime was cleaning the garage which sure as heckarooney needs it. we've got krap in there from 1960-2005
i still havent decided on my classring. i'll post up here when i decide.

the ring

ive narrowed it down to about 3 different styles of ring i like. i culd type em up here, but im waaaaaaay too lazy to walk all the way over and pick up the book. u guys no me. i just finished the chem tutorial and it was pretty easy considering we did this same thing last year. (thankfully it didnt take me as many attempts this year as did last year lol)
kevin was back in ss and that kicked ass. its always a party with that guy. his prescence (or should i say non-prescence) was felt yesterday. dude, chocole left the room and shut the door. everyone was SILENT the whole time. i wonder what kevin would've done...
anywayz, enough about kevin. ss is by far my favoritest class ever. (yes favoritest is a word. just like gooder and goodest r too. they're words in my world ;) mr chocole kicks ass as a teacher and his lectures are interesting unlike other teachers who shall be nameless. unless u really want to know, then i'll post em.
hmm i checked out facebook.com. i dunno if i'll register or not. i mean, first and last name is stupid. even an inexperienced hacker *cough cough* could do wonders with that stuff. meh, maybe i'll hop on the bandwagon and get one. anyone out there have one?

teachers

was just informed today by a reliable teacher that certain teacher/teachers actually go onto myspace and read them. this scares the shit out of me, but i suppose this is a free internet and we have the freedom of speech. i just want to let any teachers out there that i have the right to freedom of speech and that i stand by whatever i say. i am not threatening anyone nor doing anything illegal. these are my personal opinions. if they're nice they're nice. if they're not they're not so i am within my rights as a citizen of the united states to speak my mind. congress hates bloggers cuz they write whatever they want. they dont censor themselves like those tv people do. if they want to say fuck, then they say fuck without the media going nto a frenzy like they did with dick cheny. if any of you have a comment about this, please bring it up with me in person and i will discuss it with you.
on a different note. much has happened in the past few days. ive got to go back to blogging daily, but lately with my job and other krap i havent had the time to.
where to start? social studies. this is one friggin awesome class. chocole does a damn good job teaching it and if u agree with this, check out kyle's myspace to see what chocole deserves. chocole reminds me a lot of mr safranski, GO LV PEOPLE! saf was probably my favorite teacher in the world and chocole will probably be a close second. hes hilarious and isnt afraid to speak his mind. if he wants to say jackass in class, he does it. his discussions are great cuz kyle and i dominate. rob has a great great mind, but he needs to speak out more. im confident he will tho in the future. i love arguing against u chicks, sarah, stephanie, mel, and sunshine lol. u guys make it so interesting. yea stephanie things im being mean to her just cuz i called her crazy and told her to move lol. yer so crazy stephanie so MOVE PLEASE!!! lol
kevin got suspended cuz of using his camera phone during class. it is invasion of privacy says the admin. if u want my views on that, check out his blog and no i wont give u the link here. and kevin put a sticker from chem over chris' ss hw and handed it in. LOL LOL fuckin hilarious.
the chem test was pretty ez and the ss test was beyond simple. i havent got a date yet for homecoming but im so gonna git one so see ya'll there. later.

catchin up

lately i havent been in the blogging spirit. i dunno why. right now im forcing myself to blog cuz i want to put some thoughts on paper i mean er screen.
thursday i had the very best day of my sophomore year yet. i broke a test tube in science (on face value thats bad) but my table and i were laughing our asses off about it so thats good. i found out that my lab partners are ravi, kyle, and matkovich which is so awesome. i got a 72/71 on my math test!!!!!! i havnet gotten an A+ on a math test since 8th grade. (geo i usually got sumwhere tween B and A-) english thornquist shared what i wrote on my response paper with the class and plus i made the comment about the american dream that sum1 commended in their paper and thornquist congratulated me on.
i met with my counselor to drop info tech. (ive filled out the paper and am handing it to gebhards on monday.) ss we had a kickass shouting match (i mean debate) about mary dyen in essence was me and rob versus all of the friggin liberals in the class which includes kyle, sarah, stephanie, shengxiao, and all u other people i forgot to name but know yer here. good times. spanish went by so fast it felt like the day was over immediately.
yesterday in contrast was probably oen of the worst days ive ever had this year. chem rocked tho, the candle lab was kool. then i heard there was a power outage int he C wing so im like hell yeah! no power = no computer = no info tech. you can imagine how pissed off i was when the lites came back on. in ss chocole was telling us all off about how we acted in appapropriately in the discussion. that really made me mad. WHY DIDNT HE TELL US NOT TO DEBATE! I THOUGHT THE PURPOSE OF A DEBATE IS TO PICK A SIDE AND DEBATE! sry bout that. venting. chocole said it was a discussion not a debate and yet he made it in no way a discussion. hell, he encouraged the "polarization" of us.
spanish sucked as usual. i studied for the test and knew every vocab word and still i think i got a B on the krazy test.
today was work work and more work. be it shelvin books, solivn math problems, or cleaning up my digital camera. ok that was work lol.
kevin is going to make shirts that say "Jason is always right." and we are all so gonna wear those on debate days. we were chanting htat in class and that pissed off chocole evne more lol. ah that class is so awesome. altho i wuld appreciate it if chocole would tell us what he wants the day he wants it, not the day afterward to lecture us.
so all ijn all, i doubt anyone reached this far cuz my life is boring. lol. eh, at least i typed it up.

what is wrong with dgs?

seriously. everyone had told me about how great a skool dgs is. my aunt used to give talks there (shes a nurse) nd told me that if she didnt live in chicago, she wuld live here so my cousins could go to dgs. i quite frankly see little in this. ok, so im trying to drop info tech 1. the class aint what i thought it wuld be. (ITS APPLIED TECH ALL FRIGGIN OVER AGAIN! anyone who went to lakeview will understand my fury.) i try and go to the guidance office. the secretary is like write yer name on the list and gebhards will get back to you. nuthin so far. i want this done NOW. if i wanted it done later i wuld've said later. honestly, what do those counselors do all day? they definitely dont talk to students all day. i go to the library and talk to the librarian lady who promised me a spot as a tech aide 3rd period. i give her my app and she says, there are no openings 3rd period. WTF!?!?!?! i was PROMISED a spot and now i dont got one. now, i wouldnt care if she outright said first there were no openings. but why do u go promising positions that arent' there. i guess i'll just be an attendance aide. thats still fun :) ah well, im just venting cuz ive got a bad headache so im gonna stop now and go to bed.

second week = DONE

i havent been blogging as much as i usually do. probably cuz i barely have any time THANKS A LOT U TEACHERS or maybe its cuz i dont really have anything to blog about. or possibly a combination of the two. or maybe its neither those and its for a completely different reason. lol good ole rambling.
to the point. this year is still fuzzy in my mind. by this time freshman year i knew that it would be a pretty good year. i still dont know rite now. altho i know that i am going to love my english class and us history class. (u people no what i mean)
the classes im best at are ones with a lot of participation and discussion. discussion = good. debate = kicks booty. (the exception is math. math is the one class i dont like to participate. i prefer to sit back and take notes cuz math aint my best subject.)
so yea its like a triangle in ss. kyle, me, rob. kicks ass.
i am so dropping info tech 1. that class sucks. never take it. im gonnna be a tech aide ;) yea, im tired of blogging now.

stupid blackboard

im tryin to do my english assignment and the site decides to have an error. i lose my work. i get pissed. i kick my computer out of rage. that felt good. ah well, time to retype. i'll make take 2 shorter tho and im typing it in word.
kevin walter is making a replacement for blackboard. that big ole project will take forever but hes adding a ton of features to it and who knows, maybe the tech guys will use their brains and replace blackboard with it. blackboard is so slow and doesnt work with many browsers.

hurricane katrina

i would like to start by expressing my deep condolences and sympathy go out to these people. i was shocked and sickened by what ive seen on the internet and in chocole's class. (i never watch the news. the internet is a much better way to get your info cuz its updated like once every 3 minutes.) i want to know what is wrong with this government. i mean, bush aint the best prez but i would've thought a much better response to these people who are out there suffering. its not like they're in some far out isolated part of the country somewhere like nome, alaska where practically no one goes. its right in the heart of dixie. i was getting pretty pissed at the lack of choopers/boats/armymen there restoring order. finally some help is getting to these people. that makes me feel better. the discussion in ss class was kool. hopefully more to come.
